Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, if you are not completely pleased with the things you received, let us know. We have a 10-days return and refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return and refund. Do remember, the products which are used more than 10% of the total volume are not returned or refunded at any cost. Please review our return & refund policy below;

Return & Refund Policy:

MB SCENTSATIONS will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

  1. Product must be in the original condition.
  2. There must be at least 90% remaining of the total volume of the product. 
  3. Product must be sent back within 10 days.
  4. The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.

How do I return product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty product;

  1. Take clear images of products that are found damaged.
  2. Email us at mbscentsations@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (03344123911) to request return with complete details.
  3. Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address at your own expense.
  4. We request you to kindly pack the return parcel properly and securely before dispatch, so it reaches us safely without any damage during transit. 

How do I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting refund method with you.

NOTE

  • The 4% tax charged on the total COD (Cash on Delivery) amount is a government-imposed tax applicable on COD transactions. In case of a refund, this tax amount will not be refundable and will be deducted from the refundable balance, as it is already processed at the time of order. This charge is collected on behalf of the customer as part of the COD payment method and cannot be reversed once the transaction is completed.
  • If the box, bag, or bubble wrap are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges. 
  • Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
  • If any damage occurs during courier handling while returning, that responsibility cannot be taken on the company. 
  • To make the return process smooth, please follow our return checklist. This ensures that the returned product aligns with our guidelines.
